Bought these at a local farmers market. Small cut beef short ribs. Cow dust from Sams bbq1 that
@DoubleEgger introduced me to a few years ago is my go to brisket and beef rib rub. Dusted these chuck beef short ribs with Cow Dust. Cut up rib pieces that I bought for another cook. Smoked them until toothpick tender at 225 over white oak barrel lump compliments of
@northGAcock.
The rest are marinating for a different cook. Cheers.
