Marinated SV Pork Chops

The Buffalo did not appreciate my X thread so I thought I’d post this as a peace offering for the all-seeing and apparently rigid Tatonka.  Marinated the chops for 4 hours and had them in the bath at 144 for an hour.  Hot sear on the MM.  Appetizer of baked fontina.  Cheers.

There’s olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh rosemary and thyme with salt and pepper.  This stuff is better than crack.  Thanks.

I only used the garlic in the marinade.  I pulled the chops from the marinade, hit them with S & P and into afresh bag with some olive oil for the bath.  I have used small amounts of fresh garlic in the SV bag before but have not served it.  Your experience?
