I thought there was another stadium being built in the area but I could be mistaken.

I love DiBellas and Jersey Mikes.  There is a Capriottis here in Indy right by my office that I’ve tried a couple times but I didn’t like as much.
I always stop there when I'm passing through Indy.  I've talked several times to the brothers that own that place.  My other place in Indy to go to is Papa Roux.

Capriotti's is where its at......cant wait until I'm in vegas in a few weeks for a Capastrami!  They have a few locations in the midwest, but none within 4-5 hours of STL.
Capriotti's is the best! The Bobby is my go to.  Enjoy your time in town @stlcharcoal

The Italian and Philly is good too......can't think of any of them I don't like.  I'll just be in town about 36 hrs for SHOT Show.  Not sure where else we will eat yet--so many choices.
Papa Roux closed this fall. It truly was a great place in Indy!

I laugh at these chain sub shops that open in the heart of Poboy country. My customers get all worked up when the 12,000th Subway opens down the street or Jimmy Johns moves in. Affects them none. The South is not the destination for a franchise sub shop. We don’t have the population density. Plus, local people buy local. This region is VERY good at supporting the local food scene

Have you tried Robins Nest in SLC?

    Haven't heard of it.

  • Always liked Quiznos, can’t stand Subway,
Jersey Mike’s has been hit-r-miss depending on location around Ocala. One has a great philly, the other tasted like Subway.
Ill ask the deli at Publix how long until the next tray of fresh sub rolls comes out of the bakery before ordering a sub.

If anyone visits Fort Lauderdale soon, look for La Spada’s.  They are a great sandwich shop.  Rated #1 Trip advisor restaurant.

We also have a Primanti bros which also has great sandwiches, but they are very much so non-traditional.
