SV- is a workhorse cooker in our house. We make chicken breast ahead for the week almost every week. We bribe them, hard sear them on the egg and Sous Vide finish. Then we can take those and make anything we want. Tacos one night, stir fry the next, chicken salad, and more. We do fancy cooks from time to time but it’s an every day appliance around here.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -
