Got 4 butts rolling on the L and was hungry.   Loin lamb chops and taters.  Nothing special.  Just lunch.  And I know, I need an AR or 2 ;)

  • Meat and taters.  That's an all-American meal right there.  Love me some lamb chops.  Nice work!

Looks excellent to me. Bolts and some nuts and washers would get you at least not having to set up and move the bricks. But then again if it’s all working and you like it, it’s your castle.

Great crust right there.  Enjoy the eats.
I'm waiting for you to give those lamb ribs another go-I intend to take another shot at them toward the end of this week.  Perhaps I will get lucky this time around.

It’s time.  Your prompt led me to pull them from the freezer.  All for lucky Cap.

  • Meat and taters. My favorite meal. Throw in some great northern beans and a little cornbread and I could die a happy man.

Those loin chops look awesome right out of the freezer, just the right amount of fat for me. And I see nothing wrong with using bricks, just wrap mine in foil but those must be those pre seasoned ones for awesome grilling. =) Great looking grub brother.
