Got 4 butts rolling on the L and was hungry.   Loin lamb chops and taters.  Nothing special.  Just lunch.  And I know, I need an AR or 2

Looks excellent to me. Bolts and some nuts and washers would get you at least not having to set up and move the bricks. But then again if it’s all working and you like it, it’s your castle.

Those loin chops look awesome right out of the freezer, just the right amount of fat for me. And I see nothing wrong with using bricks, just wrap mine in foil but those must be those pre seasoned ones for awesome grilling. Great looking grub brother.
