What’s better for roasted corn on the cob? In foil with butter and seasonings, then out of the foil and then direct for a char, or no foil and cooked off to the indirect side on the XL, using the Ang-L setup from CGS for dual zone cooking with occasional basting, then direct for a charred finish?Llano, TX - Med and XL BGE’s
