Blackstone grill

I guess my last post was confusing since the discussion title disappeared and only had my name. My question is about the Blackstone grill. I was not aware of the product until I read some responses to a post about cooking shrimp. Thoughts on the cooker and if there are any recommendations on which one to get or any similar (better) products.......Thanks!!

@Dawgtired - I have the 36”, 22”, & 17”. I use the 36” for large crowds. I leave it at my moms for family get togethers, tonight it will be doing a huge batch of fried rice. The 22” stays on my table next to my eggs at home. It works well for my family of five. The 17” has a carry bag and is for traveling. That is how I use mine, maybe this context could help you since everyone’s capacity requirements are a little different.

I have the 36",28" & 22" and rarely use them. Maybe someday.

@Tspud1, yours are just templates for our benefit.

You'd use them more if they had a cover. PM me.

I have the 22 w/o stand for 99 now at HD. I use it for two of us but if have group like at thanksgiving etc would like the 36. The 22 is much better than the 17 due to two burners and even heating. If you get the ones with a stand the 36 cooks better and more evenly however I keep my 22 which I can move about in the garage shelves and cook either in garage or breezeway depending uponn wind and temp. I have the 17" and 36". The 17" gets used mainly for tailgating during the summer after ball games. Burgers and brats.
The 36" gets used the most. You tend to use the whole 36" more often than you think."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

I have the 36 and I use it just as much as I do my Large BGE. I recommend the hard top cover for the 36, its a game changer.

@Tspud1 Is that BS just for looking pretty and photo shoots? It's way to clean, and how is your deck not even stained?
My BS looks like it's been through a war.

I cleaned mine up yesterday. My tank stays pretty crappy...but just about empty. Gonna do smash burgers later.
