4th back surgery coming up

So this Tuesday I’ll be having my 4th back surgery which is no big deal.  The thing that sucks is my 10lb weight restriction, can’t even lift a brisket!!!  Oh well I’ll have to have Norah make the Christmas brisket....hers are better than mine anyways.

@The_Stache if I only followed the instruction given to me I’d probably have avoided this one.

Which disc? What procedure is the surgeon doing

Good luck, Hoping you are all good following your surgery.  I am heading in the same direction.  Having Neck surgery in 10 days - No lifting more than 8# for 12 weeks.  Getting the lump divided into smaller containers and looking for lighter cooks

@JMCXL that’s a good idea, that way I can still cook.
