Spatchcock chicken apple beans

Cooked a small chicken spatchcock...had to get it cause it was only $5. Took the legs and thighs, shredded and used the hog apple beans recipe. Cooked in a 3 qt CI Dutch oven on the mini max.

Apple beans? Never heard of that before, I had to google it. It sounds interesting, care to share the apple bean recipe? This looks awesome, it's like an entire meal in one bowl.
