Happy Thanksgiving 2018...

Options
Morning All:

It was only Kathy, MomT & me for T-day dinner so only did a small breast...had to start with some appetizers though & what is perfect...PIG CANDY...


Kathy also prepped some biscuits stuffed with Brie & fruit...some blueberry, some peach & some strawberry preserves...


Sides done on one Egg were the dressing (on bottom) & corn soufflé...almost ready to come off...


And "da bird"...did about 12 hours in the John Ash brine, then rubbed with butter & added various herbs plus a light sprinkling of Dizzy Pig Shaking the Tree...took about 1.75 hours at 325 indirect...ready to come off...


Kathy also made some mini-pies -- Pumpkin, Pecan & Chess (or pecan without the pecans)...we had a very nice dinner and would like to wish a HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all!
