I used to use a recipe from texansmokingbbq.com that seems to have been wiped off the planet. Any chance someone saved it and can post it here...  the glaze infused OJ, coffee (packet of VIA), bourbon, and honey if memory serves. It was THE BEST. Recipe also had a bourbon injection and a rub.

Please help me recover this gem.
