Chili Blanco first pass - this is a winner

Fire roasted the peppers, onion and garlic before smoking and charing the chicken on the egg. finished the cook in my lodge 5qt cast iron

added some seared proccuto and fresh jalapeño to finish. 

SWMBO loved it
