in Pork
I've had tomahawk beef before, but tomapork was a new experience. As it was a rack of 5 ribs, I opted for a reverse sear approach, with the standard DP Tsunami Spin rub for pork because ... well, it just works. Turned out really well, will be cooking this again. Full details here:

Rubbed and ready to cook:
In the Egg, before and after the first stage:
I wrapped the bones in foil to stop them burning during the sear:
Rather pleased with this shot:
Plated:
Thanks for looking!

My kind of food right there. Plan and simple, but tasty! I have got to get me one of those and try that. Great looking meal. I also find that the DP products are awesome.I drink cheap beer so I can afford good bourbon.

I like the nice bit of char you got on that rack. Did you use any wood chunks during the indirect portion of the cook? It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

As promised @Stormbringer - my coincidental pork loin rack for lunch today.
Too much flame for the crackling first up, but soaked applewood chips and 180C for about 2 hours did the trick.Other girls may try to take me away
But you know, it's by your side I will stay -
