Roccbox and the egg

Smoked a pork shoulder with pineapple head rub. Apple and cherry wood. Then made a pulled pork bbq pizza on the roccbox! Had some beers along the way. Good eats!

the beer looks wonderful and same with the pie! How do you like the roccbox? For me its the same cost as a minni-max so its do i want that or a roccbox....

@Miked125 if you already have an egg and dont have a pizza oven and like pizza I see no reason why you shouldn't get 1 of the 3 kick ass pizza ovens (Roccobox/Ooni/Pizzaparty) and then a mini max as well. I mean you cant do pulled pork at the tailgate without your MM and you sure as hell cant bang our a pie a minute at the tailgate without your mini pizza oven. This is one of the cases where your just going to have to bite the bullet and buy both, unless of course you dont like pizza then the MM is a great egg and I highly recommend.

I actually make a lot of pizza, Which one do you have?

i am not one to say get this or that as I am just starting the art of pizza I happened to score the pizzaparty Ardore and have no experience with any other oven so I can not give an good comparison. I believe the rocco box is the winning pizza oven on this forum I just liked the side burner on the ardore and the fact that I got it on sale is probably the biggest reason I went with it I was however about to pull the trigger on the ooni uuni pro
