You can find all kinds of good stuff...
I’m planning on breaking this in soon.

Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Wasn’t sure what to make of this at first. Thought it might be 50 Shades-inspired.  ;)

I’m really looking forward to cooking with this. I’m thinking beef ribs, acorn squash or pumpkin rescaldo, beans in a clay pot, adult beverages...

With enough alcohol, anything is possible.

Thank y’all. The beef cheeks are great. I would rather have really nice beef ribs or shanks, but they were not available. The cheeks are delicious as long as you braise them for a long time at low temp.
