It’s raining and 55* out today. Dug thru the chest freezer in the gazebo and found the last deer roast from last winter...I get a couple deer every year. Put it on the MM for my lab.

My wife is Filipino and wanted me to cook up some milkfish so I got that going...outside is definitely the way to go on fish.

Got a new 2qt CI pot and wanted to try some Mac & cheese...
