OT since no egg was involved.
Cut up two whole pumpkin and roasted/baked in Traeger PRO 34 in one go, peeked once, no rotating.
Love the capacity and hands-off convenience.
SWMBO made quick soup with cinnamon, Indian daal masala, garam masala, cream, chicken broth; all to taste, nothing measured...
leftover bread our SIL made the day before...
nothing goes to waste...
pies or more soup down the road...

That soup sounds delicious I had a cauliflower soup like that before, and loved it. Might have to give this a try.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

@lkapigian thanks, it's good but we won't be able to reproduce it!
@caliking I bet cauliflower tastes as good or better, now I'm wondering about adding small chunks of tandoori cauliflower to mix things up.

As to adding tandoori cauliflower, adding chunks of gobi musallam can’t be a bad idea by any stretch.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
Very nice.
What ever you do, don’t use in a punkin spice latte. You will catch hell for that. Might be the day for me to have one though.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
