Pepperjack stuffed bacon wrapped dogs
So I have been wanting to make these since I had one from a street vendor one time in California. Easy peasy Used Nathans hot dogs because they always remind of going to the ballpark when I was growing up. Sliced open a pocket and stuffed some pepperjack inside, roll on the bacon tight or you will lose your cheese, dont forget the toothpicks:) 425 on the egg for about 15 minutes and then brushed them with Sunnys sweet bbq sauce during the last couple minutes. Came out crunchy and perfect. Enjoy

My Mother made those a lot when I was a kid. Now 73 and still make them. They are called Francheeseies.
