A year ago,
@CPARKTX posted about some grilled Vietnamese pork chops. This was served with a side dish of rice that had a few ingredients including kale and turmeric. I tried to replicate this, but attempted to be creative and dehydrated the kale. This did not work. At all. But the mains were nearly ready and I needed a side dish, so I threw in some sweet Thai chili sauce and red onion that I had to hand ... wow, this really worked.
Recipe in the link below, easy to make. Had leftovers last night with stir fried king prawn.
