My new love Korean Go Chu Jang wings
Bayarad
Posts: 313
After seeing a post earlier this year from someone on the forum I decided I had to try it and now I’m addicted! I love the umami flavor and could eat this sauce on ice cream! It’s better on wings and drumsticks, so gave it a shot for the win! I cut the heat a bit with honey and sweet soy glaze and marinated the chicken parts for 8 hours before the cook. Simply the best wings and drumsticks I’ve ever had!

Thanks they were yummy! I’ve seen several different ways of spelling it I guess it depends on who you ask I just went with the spelling on the sauce bottle! They were direct at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes turning every 5-6 minutes.
