Just a Regular Sunday Funday with Tacos

Greetings EGGheads, 

Threw on a rack of Creekstone baby back ribs this morning rubbed in John Henry's pecan rub over Rockwood with pecan chunks.

While those were going, I marinated an SRF skirt steak in prep for some carne asada tacos for dinner. 

The tacos consisted of avocado, steak, onions, queso, and jalapeño. These were fantastic!
