  • My jar of Dukes didn't have the recipe either. maybe that is regional too. I am not a big fan of white sauce but my wife likes it. She is a big fan of anything that has horeseradish in it.

    Going to my favorite BBQ place this afternoon s0 I may get some chicken and try their white sauce.

    Traditionally it is a dunking and dipping sauce. Whole chicken parts are dunked in the sauce as they come off the pit and more on the table for dipping. I haven't tried it, but for some reason I dont think it would be good applied on the pit and cooked/set longer. I suspect it might break apart and the texture would be unappealing.
