hey guys it’s been a while but wanted to share a recent cook. I hope everyone is doing well here.  I have been posting on my Instagram more lately but will be getting back to the swing of forums again soon.  

Anyways grabbed a 3lb. Belly today and diced it up and seasoned.  Grilled st 165° for 2 hours, 225° for 1.5 hours, 300° sauced in foils pan for 1 hour.  

These turned out really well... will make again (but not often)
