Nice Saturday night dinner

I haven’t used  a lodge before but it seems it will last forever lol . I used the dizzy pig red eye on the steaks and fresh rosemary with garlic on the veg . Sorry no money shot but they were perfect . Egg was around 700 , pulled to rest at 110 ish .

    Great shots! If you have it, I'd recommend trying a 50:50 mix of red eye and cow lick, it's our go-to steak rub. Or just add in some cracked black pepper into the red eye.
