Beef back ribs with Gnocchi a la Vodka

beef back ribs for the first time tonight.  turned out pretty good.  recipe is from Smoke it Like a Pro by Eric Mitchell.  Only difference is I used my own multipurpose beef rub ( paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder).

-egg set indirect 275, pecan and cherry chunks
-smoke 3 hours meat side up
-wrap in foil, add dark beer (6-8oz) and worchestershire (1 TBSP) cook, meat side down, until meat temp is 200 (about 1-1.5 hour)
-remove from foil, lightly sprinkle beef rub on meat side and return to grill for 20 mins
-remove from grill and tent for 15 mins before serving
