Morning All:
A slab of ribs for the two of us tonight (ended up being three of us as we invited our neighbor to join us)...left half is for Kathy with Braswell's Cinnamon Chipotle...right half is mine with 3 Dizzy Pig rubs, first a layer of Mediterranean-ish, then a layer Game On & finally a heavy layer of Pineapple Head...on the Egg with two small chunks of cherry & one chunk of hickory
Cruised along at 275 for about 3.5 hours...I normally don't wrap my ribs but felt like being different today...wrapped with about 4 pats of unsalted butter (don't have any of that squeeze stuff in my house) for 30 minutes...pulled & went another 20 minutes (no sauce)...ready to come off...
Sliced & ready to eat...
The combo rub section was delicious...the three rubs worked well together...definitely think I'll do this again.

Great, Jay! I have always been one to cut my racks in half. Makes for more rub/or not choice as well as sausing or not! Besides that neither Pat nor I could sit own and eat a whole rack by ourselves at one setting!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

Looks good. That’s a heck of a rub combo! Do you keep them bones side down the whole cook? I’ve typically flipped mine meat saide down when they’re wrapped.

Morning @RRP :
With it ending up being 3 of us there were just enough remaining for some good leftovers (I mean "made ahead meal").
Have a GREAT day!
