If you have not checked out @tarheelmatt youtube channel head on over, great use of the Blackstone ..i don't use my blakstne much but today 40 eggs, 5 pounds chorizo 20 small potatoes diced homemade beans and rice...2 dozen very large burritos ...thanks for looking ( I cheated on the potatoes EVO Smoked SPG in the oven,475)
