Looking to see if there is a source to purchase (and ship) Hatch Valley link sausages. I know Johnsonville has them available (and may have to go this rout) but was looking to source for an event on the 30th of this month. I got to believe there are some butcher shops out your way making these fresh. Would love to order if a known source / recommendation.

The event....well you are all invited to the our minor league promotion night. We will be tailgating early afternoon with fans (the air circulating kind), food, music, MiniMaxin and beverage. Tailgate will include $hit talkin, beverage consuming, lie tellin farting....well you get the picture. Join us if you like.

HEB has some great packaged hatch smoked sausages they release every year, no idea if they would ship to you, but they are very very good.  Worst case, I could probably pick some up and figure out how to ship them to you on ice packs.
    Love you bro!

Mighty kind of you to offer. Hate to put you through all that effort....given someone may have the packaging and shipping process all laid out. Let me get a count of attendees....and see if there are other options. Also need to see if i can source the Johnsonville ones at one of my local groceries.

We have already had them twice this year.

Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting.  The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.

Try the preformed frozen burgers, pretty damn good for burgers in a box.

Hopefully you can find a direct source, but if not, let me know.

I'm here in Albuquerque and honestly our local sausage selection is pretty weak. Typical grocery stores have Hillshire Farms and Johnsonville type stuff.

If you're talking about Albuquerque, Keller's Farm Store would be my rec. Sprout's may have something too, they typically have a variety of ones in the butcher case.

Now I know what kind of sausage to make this weekend, we have Anaheim Chilis here, just like the Hatch but on the mild . Think I will roast some up and give this a whirl.........Post some pics of your event!
