Ahi tuna and green Lightning Shrimp.
All turned out ok.
I did the tuna in a wasabi, soy, and white wine vinegar sauce. On a plate of smashed cauliflower.

Phenomenal recipe. Give it a try. -
Dang- you are out there pushing the envelope now. Great looking cook and almost too healthy. Congrats.Wasabi- pound that and rumor has that the short term hit is like cocaine.Never have been down the cocaine road but If you hammer a good load of Japanese wasabi you get quite a sensory experience. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@thetrim That's a delicious looking meal you whipped up.
@lousubcap Your comment reminded me of an episode of Blind Date where Steve-O snorted wasabi powder up his nose while on the date. Couldn't find a clip of that, but found one from their movie. Doesn't look like fun, lol.

Thanks for the comments, fellas. I bought the shrimp and tuna at a new place around here called Sprouts. Very cool smaller sized grocery w some killer deals every week.@WhiteyQ house at a post HS football game shindig! So, in a round about way, the Egghead forum helped remove those dollars from my pocket!=======================================

@Killit_and_Grillit I bought them in May 2012 thru eBay.Haha.I emailed they guy, but then found this on amazon. Same company name. Looks like the same skewer. I paid $59.99 back in 2012.I really like their thickness and being flat, they help prevent the meat from spinning around. I hate it when my meat spins around especially when exposed to an open flame.
