Jerk Wings

set em up overnight on a rack in the fridge.  Took em out and gave em a good coating w 50/50 olive and canola as well as some Pirate Johnny‘s Jerk. 
Onto a 350 grill.  Raised direct at the felt line.

Once on the egg for abt 30 mins, I sauced w a mix of Walkerswood, OO, and red wine vinegar. 
I used a silicone brush, but a rosemary brush would’ve been way better.

I love Walkerswood!  I prefer my wings cut in flats and drums but those do look delicious

Thanks, CAPT!  These were the hot and spicy version of Walkerswood, and I thought it was a nice amount of heat!  And I liked having the Pirate as the base!  I hope you pull out the Pirate Johnny's every now and then!

I like to do the flappers and drummies too, but it's nice to mix it up sometimes.
