    @JohnInCarolina , spam inside with sticky rice ( Thai Style) Wasabi to glue the bacon wih wasabi on top

    Thanks @northGAcock @lousubcap pulled it off, I regret not posting the pork belly burnt ends sous vide style, just got crazy....but I prrecooked the chicken and belly, made life a bit easy
