Vinegarize It Salt and Pepper

This rub looks like a natural for pork butts/pulled pork. Anyone one on here used it? I saw it on another website, but so far, have not been able to find a place where I can buy it.

Found a web page that is no longer active and their IG hasn't had any post since 2016.

    They've likely gone bye-bye

Too bad they may have gone out of business. They made charitable donations from their sales.

From the description, doesn't seem like it would be to hard to approximate. Salt, pepper, and they say lemon juice solids. King Arthur sells a lemon juice powder. And if one wanted to add a bit of acetic flavor, there are various kinds of powdered vinegars Perhaps lemon grass powder would work also, tho' it is not quite so "lemony" as real lemons.

    Make your own
    • 6 tbsp fine sea salt
    • 3 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp cornflour
Mix to a paste, spread on parchment or baking sheet, leave out until it dries, break up into powder.........
