Beef & Chicken Souvlaki

Made some Greek food for dinner. Turned out pretty good. Beef and chicken marinade consisted of EVOO, lemon juice, fresh oregano and rosemary, a couple of Bay Leaves and garlic. I also added a little red wine to the beef. No measurements, just that much. Rice and tzatziki were also homemade.

@TTC, I melted some butter with turmeric and cumin, added the basmati rice, made sure that was all coated. Then cooked the rice in chicken stock untilit was done.Las Vegas, NV
