These guys will fit a chair to almost anything, including a Wing. I think the modern Triumphs are popular as well.

Suggested it to my wife, but she says no way. The Slingshot was going to be hers with me as passenger most of the time, but she has no interest in being the driver on a bike and I have no interest in riding sidecar, so that is out. If Polaris decides to build a Slingshot with a longer wheelbase and more legroom, we will buy one, but I doubt that is going to happen.
