I finally landed a few sets of "Cooks Registration" tickets for Eggtoberfest 2018.. Now what?

Any suggestions on what items I should bring? (paper towels, portion cups, extra tables etc.) I want to be sure I'm prepared. Also, what are some ideas on what to cook?

Not sure if it's the same everywhere, but here was the 2018 Eggs By The Bay Cooks Guidelines

Very helpful, Thank you! What are some ideas for quick & easy food? I plan on bringing a lot. I don’t want to do the boring “run of the mill” pizza or sausage like a lot of people do.

I am doing one in Indiana at the end of august, @coltsfan is going to be helping out.  we are cooking scotch eggs, chicken, pork and wings spread the easy things in between the stuff that takes a while to get done and make it work.  we will have 4 eggs going though to you might have to trim down what you are doing based on cook space.  if you have 2 eggs, I recommend having something hot and fast you can crank out in between batches of your longer things. example, make some simple chorizo/ground beef sliders to hand out while wings are smoking for 45 min.

  • I bought 20 general admission tickets (because I’d get a few buddies to help me cook) and 5 cook ticket sets. I didn’t realize until after I purchased that the cook sets included 2 entry’s..

    Got Extra EGGtoberfest Cook Spots?

Holy buffalo! All of our EGGhead Cook Spots were taken in a New York minute. Now that the dust has settled, have you ended up with more cook spots than you had planned?

Good news! We will happily refund your deposit and in doing so, you will be making a less fortunate, wait-listed EGGhead Cook very happy. We do our very best to accommodate everyone, but unfortunately, cook space is limited so we would be pleased to refund your deposit and reassign your extra spot(s) to a soon-to-be very happy fellow EGGhead.

Simply contact our ticketing partner Xorbia at support@XorbiaTickets.com with your refund request so we can start clearing the wait list as soon as possible. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated by all.

We are thrilled to be celebrating our 21st annual EGGtoberfest and so glad you will be joining us. Thank you again for your continued support and enthusiasm for Big Green EGG!

As with ANY Eggfest, don't plan on over doing it. Plan on mingling and meeting some of the BGE people as well as enjoying the event yourself.
Everything you plan to cook will take longer than you think. It's like time speeds up at Eggfests.
    Thank you,
