Roasted Tomatoes

I have a cold Farro salad I like to make which includes roasted tomatoes. Usually do them in the oven, 
but did them on the BGE yesterday. Result was much better, with the tomatoes taking on a nice smoky flavor and look with more carmelization. Tomatoes were tossed with olive oil, honey and garlic salt before roasting.

That looks and sounds GREAT. Never would have thought of the honey, can't tell whether I'd like extra sweetness or not, but I can see how it might add caramelization. I may try this -- thanks for posting!
