Tequila Shrimp Tacos & New Large Egg Weekend

I only have a Mini Max.
So it all started with Friday Night.   The S/O went out with her, girls so that left me at home.
She hates seafood.
So that means seafood when she is gone.

Tequila Shrimp Taco

But the big, big highlight of the weekend came today when I was at work.

I got a message while I was at work.            For a neighborhood, who is moving.
Who knew I loved to grilled. And offered me his old grill, because he did not want to take it in the move.  I show up and to my shock. It is a Large Big Green Egg!!!!

He came from a Salt Water environment. And he keep it next to his Salt Water pool.
So it will need a little TLC.

But I got a free
Large Big Green

So what was one is now two.
This a big world of difference from a Mini Max!!!

@G_S - Having read the above, you are well beyond "better to be lucky than good."  Congrats on the score and I admire your spirit to get after it when SWMBO is otherwise occupied.
BTW- that is a healthy pile of shrimp for one night-Enjoy as I'm sure you did.
Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey.  Above all, have fun but you will be hard-pressed to move on from the above. =)

It is going to be a big change.

I have had my Mini Max for about 3 years now, and cook on it regularly.

    I love that little guy!!

I will am probably the only to ever go from the Mini to the Large.

Stepping up to the large, will be  a change.

Any advice how on the Large cooks differently than the Mini
