OT- Why are my peppers doing this??

All, I've had peppers growing like crazy this year, but they all develop these brown spots before they even get close to ripe. It's not rotten, just brown and the rest seems to be ok. I've tried watering less, tried watering more, more sun, less sun.... nothing has worked. Any pearls of wisdom on growing bell peppers you can actually eat??

Have you tried cutting them open and seeing if they have Pepper Maggots inside? I had a pimento pepper that had a big brown worm contentedly munching away from the inside.

Yes naturally red. I've heard of blossom end rot, but never any ideas on how to stop it.Kansas City, KansasSecond hand Medium BGE, Second hand Black Kamado Joe Classic, Second hand Weber Kettle, Second hand Weber Smokey Mountain

No idea, but I'm out here on my patio and thought it was pretty cool how our succulents were growing towards the sun.

Could it be sun scald?

Check this out. Could also be lack of nutrients like calcium.tenpenny_05 said:Yes naturally red. I've heard of blossom end rot, but never any ideas on how to stop it.

They are lacking a nutrient. I had something similar once and used lime. It solved it.fence0407 said:

Looks like a squirrel to me. They have done that to all my peppers and tomatoes this year-
especially the peppers. They only nibble the outside and leave it as soon as it gets hot (all the capsaicin is in the white membrane inside ).Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -

It almost looks like something is eating them but just a guess
