Tonight Kit and I had our good friends @bgebrent, Nicole @DoubleEgger and Marissa over for dinner. I made @Big_Green_Craig Paella recipe for dinner and @JohnInCarolina pots de creme for dessert. It must have been good because there wasn't much left. Always good laughs with this crowd. Fun times tonight. Thanks for looking.http://www.biggreencraig.com/paella.html

Looking good, Jim.  I’m sure the company wasn’t terrible either.

Very happy, this was the second time I made this recipe. First time was great as well.

That paella looks like it turned out!!

Also seems like @bgebrent made you do all the work. Typical.

Great cook.  Paella one of my favorites.  A true banquet right there.  Must have been a good amount of entertaining conversation with that crowd.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Made my first stab at paella this weekend on the egg.  Didn't have paella pan but I'd bought a Lodge cast iron dutch oven several years ago and made it in that.  For the first attempt, turned out pretty darn good!  I'll use a smoked pork and alligator sausage instead of chorizo the next time.
