2018 Porkopolis Egg Fest

Today we attended our first Porkopolis Egg Fest in Cincinnati. Thank you to all who made this a great time. The seminars by JJ Boston were a great help and I can’t wait to fire up my Egg. There were 14 booths with 4 items to sample. Everyone was willing to take time to answer all your questions. A special shout out to The Ship of Fools BBQ for answering my questions about their pizza dough. Another shout out goes to Booth 14 for their excellent bacon wrapped pork loin with his smoked pepper jelly. The Big Green Egg World is a great community, I’m proud to be a part of it. So when you hear there is going to be an Egg Fest in your area, go you won’t be disappointed.  KEEP EGGIN!

hey @Fred19Flintstone I was in booth 8. Next year I promise we will get a banner, but our team name is "Beer People are Good People". One of our team runs a brewery certification program at Cincinnati State. This year we served smoked Mac and Cheese, flat bread pizza, Korean Style Wings and Fritos stuffed with sausage and cheese. Hopefully @Timba got to stop by and sample some good food!
It has been a busy month so I was not able to reach out in advance, but a great time was had by all!
