    Cool site.

I've tried a zillion hot sauces and I keep coming back to Melinda's XXXXtra Reserve.

It's got great flavor, it's thick and rich, and I can buy it in most upscale grocery stores for about $4.

But I'll have to try some of these, they look interesting.

Around where I live everyone uses the Louisiana Hot Sauce, not much Tabasco.  I use either of those in the absence of "real" hot sauce, or if I want a vinegar tang to balance out whatever I'm eating or cooking.  Not much good if you want to add capsaicin-like heat.

If I want heat withing adding acidity I'll just add chili powder of some sort - cayenne, thai, whatever I have dried up from last season.  I've been on a El Yucateco kick lately. This shiit's hot as fuuck but has a really good flavor.

I love hot sauce and am a big fan of this. Helps that it is extremely easy on the wallet!
