Sunday's are for kicking back, relaxing and in my case, cooking enough food for 4 days worth of lunches.
Up today were ribs, peri peri chicken, mixed veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, onions) and fresh Indiana sweet corn. I also whipped up some coleslaw...

Holy Toledo! ALL of that looked WONDERFUL, but man, that is NOT my idea of "kicking back and relaxing!" I'm just too lazy, I guess. I make one thing at a time. Usually don't even mess with sides, just have a salad and some toast or something. I admire your energy, and what you seem to think is kicking back and relaxing!
