MiniMax 2 Level Spatchcock Chicken W/ Cast Iron Brussels

Spatchcock chicken (with Mickey's rub) at 375 degrees with a cherry chunk, hit 150 in the white meat then threw on the brussels (with bacon), for about a half hour. Twas a great supper!

I actually have some stainless bolts running through the MM stand rear feet and in to the table top, so it's not going anywhere. Fastened in place, it balances surprisingly well. -

FYI if you’re like me and also have the taller ring Tom no longer sells the 075 Woo ring for the MM so duplicating this is no longer possible :(
