Chipotle Chicken Quesadillas

Did some grilled chicken with chipotle chilies and built and put the quesadillas directly on the place setter on the small. Turned out pretty good. We do quesadillas inside quite often for the kids. I’ve done them outside on the eggs a few times and it is always worth the extra effort.
