Smashburgers with Seekh Kabob Seasoning
Made smashburger and tried some different seasonings on XL BGE using the Big Green Egg Half-Moon Plancha Griddle, purchased from Ceramic Grill Store. The best seasoning turned out to be Seekh Kabob Shan Masala. I posted more about my experience here.

Yeah! it's easy to just smash the onions into the patty. I honestly think this is the easiest way to make a burger....and tastiest too. I love the crust that forms.
