Yup. Wonder bread, pickled white onions, dill pickle slices. You can add some BBQ sauce or not. Nothing better in the entire culinary world.

On an onion roll with a slice of cheese. A little mayo, dill slices, and some lettuce. Thin sliced Vidalia onion is a nice touch too.Michiana, South of the border.

I bet some Tiger Sauce would be good

I like chopped brisket sandwich’s better than sliced. Chop it up fine, mix in some sauce, maybe a little hot sauce even some more rub if you want. I leave it on the drier side, people can always add more sauce. Fresh onion slices, nice garlicky pickles, good roll. Sometimes I’ll hit the bread with a different sauce, a local mustardy one like Salt Lick or Luling City Market.
chop up a bunch and you can use it for lots of things - ABTs, mushrooms, pizza, nachosLove you bro! -
I like it best chopped up as well. I use similar toppings I would use on a pork shoulder sandwich. Some good pickles, pickled red onions, or coleslaw would all be delicious. Put as little or as much of your favorite bbq sauce to top it off. I always use something like a potato bun or plain hamburger bun with them. That way it doesn’t take away from the hard work you put into the brisket. Good luck

What a bunch of heathens. White sandwich bread, thin sliced onion (color doesn’t matter) pickles (again not specific) and a drizzle of BBQ sauce preferably KC Style.
-
I like pickles, jalapeño mayo, chopped brisket, sharp cheddar, bacon, pimento cheese and lettuce.

Think all together there was:
Texas toast
Mayo on both sides
3 large pieces of brisket
BBQ sauce
Mac n cheese
American cheese
Fried Egg
It sat hard on the tummy! Haha.------------------------------
