really cant believe so many have not baked a potato in the egg. please cedar plank mashed potatoes this summer, load them up with cheese, sourcream, blue cheese dressing and bake away

    I do that, but sadly, my wife dislikes the flavor of cedar planked food. So this and salmon/other fish are a rarity.

    strange but i dont really like other foods cooked with cedar, just the taters
