Joetisserie Wings

Tossed some wings in a mixture of Fox Bros BBQ Sauce and Country Boys Mild Num Num Sauce and threw them in my Fill it and Grill it Tumble Basket. Cooked them for an hour at 350. Took them out, put another round of sauce and a dusting of Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning and wrapped them in foil. Just opened them up and dug into them and they were a hit with everyone here. Spinning a Prime Rib right now for the main course. The Joetisserie takes some getting used because the seal on the egg is not as tight. I took some pictures of how I set it up to get the egg to 350 and will post those in the comments.

Looks great! Try marinading in Tony Chacheres and then add the seasoning too.Charlotte NC - Large Big Green Egg (2009) w/Nest and Handler

Tell me about this basket, is it worth the cost?

@drumdudeguy Thanks! I definitely will. @Moleman I have not had it long. This was the first time I’ve used it, but I was very pleased with the result...and it breaks down and cleans pretty easily.

Basket looks like a PITA to clean but you don’t have to flip so there’s that.Jacksonville FL

It really wasn’t that bad. It breaks down into 4 pieces.

I guess it doesn’t matter, but your vent/screen assembly is reversed.XL & MM BGE, 36" Blackstone - Newport News, VA
