Cooking 5lbs of meatloaf over 5lbs of Mac and cheese.  On a large egg with Smoke Staxx pans.  Man I love these things.

Are they all solid on the bottom or do some have screens for smoking?

@The Cen-Tex Smoker thy are solid on the bottom and I have an 11 inch pizza screen in it.  To make it easier to get out of the pan.

@blasting they are seasoned like a cast iron so they are not to bad.
