    Fun thread to see all the different ways y’all do this.  I love the way steaks come out using reverse sear.  Hard to beat in my opinion.

    Just toss 4 sticks of butter in a sauce pot and cook it slow until the water boils off and the bottom is a nice nutty brown color.  Then pour it off into a mason jar and it'll last in the fridge indefinitely.
